1. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email (and/or SMS) containing your tracking number and a live tracking link. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your Order Number and Email to see real-time updates.
2. I haven’t received my tracking number yet — what should I do?
Tracking numbers are usually generated within 1–3 business days after placing your order. If more than 3 business days have passed and you haven’t received tracking information, please contact our support team at support@grandeverse.com.
3. How long will delivery take?
Delivery times depend on where your order ships from:
U.S. Fulfillment
3–7 business days after dispatch.
International Fulfillment
7–18 business days after dispatch.
Processing time (1–3 business days) is in addition to the shipping time.
4. Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
Yes. If your order includes products from different warehouses, items may ship separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days — this helps us deliver your items faster.
5. My tracking status hasn’t updated in a while — is this normal?
Yes, carriers sometimes delay scans for 24–72 hours. During high-volume seasons or international transfers, updates can be temporarily paused. If there’s no movement for 5+ business days, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
6. My package shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received it — what now?
First, verify your shipping address and check safe-drop areas, mailboxes, and with neighbors. Wait one business day (some carriers mark deliveries early). If it still hasn’t arrived, file a missing package claim with the carrier and send us the claim number so we can help resolve it.
7. What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is damaged or missing, please email us within 30 days of delivery (include photos if applicable). We’ll coordinate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
